Duha ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you shop with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Contact details you provide (name, phone, email, shipping and billing address); order history and preferences; account details if you create one; and basic device/usage data collected through cookies to keep the site working. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor — Duha does not store your full card number.
How we use it
To fulfil and deliver your order, provide customer support, remember your currency and language preference, personalize your account, and — only if you opt in — send you news about new arrivals and offers.
Cookies
We use cookies and local browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your cart, wishlist, currency and language choice.
Who we share information with
We share only what's necessary with our payment processor, delivery couriers, and analytics providers to run the business. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp or through our Contact page.
Children
Duha is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, except where an order is placed with a parent or guardian's consent.

Acceptance
By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policies below.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or purchasing with the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
Pricing & currency
All orders are priced and charged in UAE Dirhams (AED). Prices shown in any other currency on this site are indicative only, converted at reference exchange rates — your card issuer or bank may apply a different exchange rate and its own fees.
Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards through secure checkout, and Cash on Delivery within the UAE.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the Duha name, emblem, wordmark, product names, photography, and text — is the property of Duha and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
Shipping Policy

Within the UAE
Standard delivery anywhere in the UAE is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Orders are delivered within 7 days of confirmation. If a fragrance is temporarily out of stock, you can still place your order and complete payment — delivery will simply take a little longer than our standard 7 days.
International
We ship internationally. Delivery typically takes up to 3 weeks depending on destination, with exact shipping cost and estimated delivery time calculated at checkout. Customs duties or import taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
Tracking
You'll receive order and shipping confirmations by WhatsApp and email, and can view your order history at any time from your Duha account.
Returns & Refunds Policy

Because oud, bakhoor and perfume are hygiene-sensitive products once received, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind — except in the two cases below.
The only exceptions
If your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement, or a refund/store credit at our discretion, at no cost to you.
Order cancellation
You may cancel an order for a full refund only before it has shipped.
Approved refunds
Where a refund is approved under the exceptions above, it is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
